Some reseller shops may eventually have these merchs. Depending on where you are, they may have more reasonable delivery costs. I have not had the time to check them all, but these are the shops where oddinary albums were available. They may have merchs as well. You can check them out.

Another option is to join Group Order (GO) from your country. They are normally on twitter. Just search for them, st like (your country) stray kids go. These are groups of stays buying merchs together to reduce delivery cost.
